At Camp Juk-Ahm we believe that fitness is an essential part of self-defense. Because of this, we encourage all new students to participate in our 6 week Fit-Defense Boot Camp. During this Boot Camp students learn the basics of Master Whitlow’s Advanced Training Programs. This is especially important for anyone who has never trained in the martial arts. The Fit-Defense Boot Camp takes each student through a series of physical challenges using martial arts techniques along with tried and true exercises to strengthen the entire body, improve endurance and balance.
